There is a small public parking lot behind the North Star.  This lot fills up fast during busy shows and on the weekends. There is also street parking in the area. 

 

Big City America street smarts:  Don't leave anything visible in your car... Not even trash.  This hint could save you a car window when visiting Philadelphia or any large city during your travels.
